Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

What's the salary range for a director at the Gilead Sciences foundation? There is a position perfect for me, but I don't want to throw my hat in the ring if starting salary isn't $180-190k. Also, any thoughts on the stability of their philanthropic commitment? There's talk of a recession; I don't want to go private to be cute a few months later.

No…. You should be hitting 100k by now
No depending on what you do. Usually no more the 3.5 percent raise depending on performance. Some years we did not get a raise because of budget. I.work for state government
Janitors even paid more than 35k!!
Depending if you had a grade increase feds get automatic step in grade increase up to step 4 (assuming you get satisfactory annual reviews) over your first 4 years. Slows to every 2 years up to step 7, 3 years up to step 10.
It’s not uncommon. I went from 40k to 81k in the span of 3.5 years. It just depends on the kind of moves you make in your career, across the board raises, step increases, etc.
$5k pay increase a year is pretty good, as long as it continues to grow at that rate. I think you have done well.
Has your grade increased? Or did you just go up in steps?
Slightly above normal.
What grade did you start at and what is your grade/step now?
Are you in a high rate area or rest of US?
This could be @ a GS 4 in DC in 2020 to a GS 7 in 2024.
That would be a normal progression. Check the OPM.gov site for the salary tables.
