Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

This is why I secretly avoid 1:1s with my manager!

Funniest client interaction?

@CIM 1 sure did, said “we are actually here in conference room X at your office like we discussed” and she replied “oh that’s nice, I’m already dialed in in my office so I’m just going to stay here”
🤦🏼♀️
That client has zero respect
Not a client but I went for a job interview where I flew from NY to San Francisco only to video chat with people who sat in New York. 😬
Holy heck that is disrespectful.
Ok, three theories:
1. It's a power move, she's a bitch.
2. Girl has a nasty case of the zits/cold sore/black eye from bar fight the night before and is too embarrassed to see you in person.
3. Someone else from the client side was supposed to join that meeting and Client didn't know they didn't show.
I hope it's #2...
Weird...did you say anything? Like 'I'm in the Moose Room, ate you joining, Kathleen?"
That is sooooooo f’d up!!!
@CMO1– I resent that remark. I say plenty of dumb things over beers
Been there. Done that
We had our direct client skip out on our annual media plan presentation to “clean the fish tank”. So disrespectful after working on that plan for a full month of 60 hour weeks...
Or it’s a financial move. Creatives are the scarce resources that need to be billable. They’re expendable, time wise, and less likely to say something dumb over a beer.
wooooooooooow
I once flew to Korea for a presentation. When we landed we were told the client had flown to NYC.
Also did a pitch in Moscow once. Got there and the client saw the opening slide and said "this isn't what we want" and immediately dropped the agency from the pitch. Not the same. But still a terrific waste of time and money.
