IBM- 20.35 LPA (Total fixed) and 50 k joining bonus.

Yoe- 7.3 years. Technology- IICS.informatica power center.
Which one to join considering-
1. Career growth
2. WLB
3. Maternity leave benefits
4. Future annual hikes
