I think Pakistan deserves all the applause they are getting as they have been instrumental in bringing peace (Indian here). My only hope (fingers crossed) is that they use this victory to strengthen their own country and financial
position rather than using their new found voice to try and rake Kashmir issue, be more emboldened to promote terrorism and unnecessarily mess with India. The reason you see so many Indians get all upset when Pakistan gets a little relevant in the world is because of how Pakistan uses that relevance. We are not idiots - we don’t need an enemy to be relevant and we are a democratically run country with armed forces as a branch of the governing body rather than the governing body itself. We were divided a long time ago and nothing can change it. Just stop the terrorism and obsession with Kashmir, I don’t see why we care for what Pakistan does beyond that. Grow and prosper- we won’t have any issues.

Conversions, taking properties, lynching is equally prevalent in your side of border too. Very well documented. Fronts against India now. Delhi and Kolkata”. Where were you concerns then? Killing own nationals - China is known all over the globe to kill its own citizens who speak against CCP. But never heard from you guys about them? They are your lohe wala bhai apparently. You support Khalistan movement but have issues with Baloch movement. Both are for independence then why discriminate? And let’s not even go to minority issues in Xinjiang. You guys are all about Ummah but you guys even deserted your own religion because you can’t make China angry. Your foreign policy is based on religion that is your own. Nothing else. We are the only Hindu nation and our foreign policy is based on trade. That’s why we get along with most of the OIC nations very well except the fanatics like Turkey and Pakistan. You are Islamic nation of Pakistan but when we try to be Hindu nation of Bharat, you have a problem with that. All I’m saying is that no one is perfect. Let’s not preach to each other. It works for politicians because that’s their job. We the people on the ground need to be more reasonable. And congrats on a solid diplomatic victory. I really hope India nominates Sharif for Noble and he wins it. The hilarity of what ensues is a different story altogether though
Why are some Indians in mourning mode like they lost a cricket final? Come on, guys, show some maturity. Where was your leader of the "global south" in this global crisis? In any case, let's be positive. If Indian leadership played the same role, I would be happy for us because this war impacted everyone economically and, more importantly, it saves from further death and destruction.
