Trying to decide on an exit opp as an M at Accenture. Company and role are definitely not my dream exit, but company has great WLB, benefits etc with a wonderful ~35% increase in TC. Just trying to decide if it’s worth it to leave consulting for a not suuuuper inspiring role/company and potentially get trapped in that industry or role.

I got 2 offers one from HCL and another from LTIMindtree. I want to join HCL but they are yet to release offer letter but has given confirmation over mail.

For LTIMindtree I have received the offer letter and yet to accept the same, but they are soon staring background verification for onboarding as soon as I accept the offer letter.

- I didn't get selected in the H1B lottery.
- My company has agreed to send me to their London office for a year (haven't yet filed application).
- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).
