Trying to set up a nice home office camera with multiple displays. Can anyone recommend some options?

Smart people who know about technology: 🙏🏼 I want to get 11.5-14 inch monitor to add to my (1) laptop and (2) second monitor.

I’m worried about the monitor having a high “processor” and slowing down all my programs (including the program I use to login to my office desktop). Can someone point me to a monitor that may work?

Working on a regular desk and my laptop has been killing my back and neck for last few years. Finally spent a couple hundred dollars on a standing desk, wireless keyboard, and back/neck heating pad to alleviate the pain. Very hopeful working will be much better now.

Is Herman Miller the undeniable winner in the office chair market or is Steel Case a contender for first?

Have you ever tried to bring about a change/stood up for something at home/office etc. Did it succeed/fail? How was the experience?

1099 or w-2 ? I have been given the option though the company prefers w-2. It’s a day rate booking couple of months or more (no end date). I already have 1099 from similar company this year and am leaning towards 1099, but I don’t want to be difficult. I do take home office deduction and they are not supplying any equipment. I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). What are your thoughts on the Scrum Master role? I’ve worked with a few now and out of 5 of them, only 1 seemed to be of any help.
