Overall learning curve, WLB and other stuffs (add if required)
Please also be kind to explain why? So that I can make the better choice.

What are your interests? In a product company there is ample scope to specialize and deepen your knowledge technically.
But if you are interested in onsite opportunities or career switching options, you know which one to choose.
My advice would be to gather more details on the type of work and career growth from both the companies and decide accordingly.
You can renegotiate the offer to check if they can give you other benefits and then take a call.

Pls don't join CTS Hire and fire policy. Bad managers.
1. Call/Email both companies tomorrow and check for overall benefits.
2. Renegotiate offer accordingly as both companies offer the same compensation.
3. If becoming a Data Scientist is your goal, lean towards product based firm.
4. If going abroad is your goal, learn towards CTS (but then there is a wait time and a huge list of people waiting in this queue).
So finally what you have decided bro. Actually I was also confused with Paytm and citiustech. What would you suggest me😀.

Go for CitusTech if you want healthcare expertise. If your interest is finance, Paytm should be your choice. Align yourself to an industry and decide on the company.

Go for cognizant. I have not even heard name of other company. Have a good brand name on your CV and it can provide you with better opportunities

You should have good future ahead in cts... Just one bad year will not decide job security on cts.. WLB is best in industry...
