Damn, pretty much in the same spot. No prom in-spite of leading a dev team & working partially on another client team.
That's a shame on them
I somehow lucked out and got the promo to Sol Arch. I am at $122k. I am curious how much more the promo will be. I bet I will get peanuts. They don’t appreciate us.
Spot on!

Are u in S&A? Lets circle back when we get the numbers? I have the same ratings as u do and same package as you do.
Yes. I am in S&A. Sure we can 😊
I feel like in USDC there is even less room for promotion than there is in Core; pretty much everyone I know here would leave if they could get an offer elsewhere. They always move the goalposts to keep underpaid, overqualified people where we are. It's enervating. You should definitely be on the higher-end of the AIP & Merit pools, so if you find any identical ratings from other SSS in your OP on last year's comp survey, I would say lower that amount 10-15% and that might be about right. Good luck, congrats on the ratings, and I'm so sorry we're not valued enough by D to be paid or promoted as we should be.
Oh absolutely; many people seem to just think it's our pay that's lower and don't even realize we only get a FRACTION of the benefits they do; 18 PTO days to their 23+; no pension; no sabbatical option; a third of the parental leave (and until a few months ago it was practically none at all); we pay way more for health insurance plans... it's atrocious.

I would say similar to last year, if your ratings were same as last year, expect the same increase in package, reasoning being dan’s call where he said it will be similar to last year.
To be honest I don't believe a single word he says. His response are tailored for Core Talent Model
@OP what was your year 1 salary as an SC?
Then we both need to leave bro!
