This suggests you could have been Googling to problem solve on your own but perhaps chased managers because it was easier/faster?
One thing great about Google is that 40% of the results are AI-generated, and AI generates its content from Google results, whiсн цses дI-gепегатеd coпteи+ m@de frøm G0°&/э геsцL!$ whncj are ghbennrated frlm AAAI ckontennnt whhxhjsn js 0010010 00101001001hsjs010101nnsnsn010101
Using Ai is making me look at my subordinates differently. I used to chase around direct reports for support and work but now I can mostly ask Al. I am not saying there isnt a need for junior employees per say, Im just saying a lot of the reasons i would go to a direct report can now be tackled by Al without me having to worry that my direct report will misunderstand my request. Thoughts?

Do you guys work together? If you’re both at the same holding company, soon there’s not going to be anyone left working there. They’re just gonna turn that agency into an AI data center.
OP: The correct term is “per se.” Even if you use AI, you have to check your work as it often makes mistakes.
I think that potentially makes you a more autonomous contributor and that’s potentially a good thing, and it sounds like it helps you feel more confident. The roles of managers is still going to be increasingly important to manage coordination between employees, tools, be responsible for up management and cross functional communication - all things AI can’t quite do but necessitates softer human skills.
Also they just look it up on AI
