I am working for NetApp Client, Bangalore however My base Location is Hyderabad, and I have heard from a couple of NetApp Employees that they are planning to resume offices by May.
My questions are:
1. If UST is planning to bring employees back to office?
2. If they call will I be asked to relocate to Bangalore as my client's location is Bangalore or will I be working from Hyderabad only?

PS: My manager has left the organisation and I am the sole person from UST in my project.

Joined pro a few months back in TC, I notice that the all the talks of big growth etc. was just talks. Have not had any decent project lined up and been sitting idle for past month. Received offer letter with mentioned that at "TCS Kolkata". Can it be considered that my base/work location is also Kolkata (*as i need this). Or is there any chance that after project allocation it may be changed and forcefully transferred to any other location without my consent?

My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. Anyone else in a similar boat? Do you bill the client for the time it takes to fix the IT issue (or IT inefficiency generally, like time taken to find a file in a convoluted system)? Or is that supposed to be our non-billable time?
