@Ust Well in our account after working for 2 years, I got a 45k hike for this year. Before my ctc was 4.1 LPA And now my ctc is 4.55 LPA.. which is quite low.. While the fresher for the same account got a hike from 3.5 TO 4.55 .. Is it okay.. Or I am jealous or what ..i worked like a dog for 2 years and still under valued.. I mean what are the criteria for such things.. No discussion of salary hikewith managers or pm.. Simply some management people knowingly doing this.. UST UST
