Yes! You already love working with them and they probably already like you, go for it!
If you have a good relationship with the client, no reason not to. Would make sure that trust is there before approaching, and ideally you are doing relevant work to the new reqs so you would know if they were predisposed to hiring you.
Would also be conscious that many firms have poaching clauses in their agreements, so may need to suss out with your leadership if the conversation advances to avoid putting your client in an awkward position.
Check the contract to see if there is a clause about hiring from your company in it. They may still be willing to do it, but it would be good to know before you talk to them.
