Almost 4 weeks in and my status is still wrong. It was correct for the first ~1 day and then bumped down a level. Shouldn’t be hard as all my nights last year were SPG. This is ridiculous.

Looking to book one night at a Marriott property in chicago to celebrate anniversary with my wife - mostly deciding between the Gwen and the Ritz. Which would you choose? (Assume price doesn’t matter)

Need 6 Marriott nights to titanium (spend doesn’t matter). 1 - would any hotel manager cut you a deal? (Ie if 6 nights is 60k; let me pay 30k and get the nights and I won’t use the room?); 2 - where are cheapest Marriott hotels? I found 10k per night in burbs of Chicago? 3 - would any cheap Marriott let me run this scam remotely? (Ie call Abilene Texas, check me in without my showing up)

My firm has applied for my L1A visa. If that gets denied, my plan is to travel to Canada and re enter US immediately on B1/B2 visa (already have valid B1/B2 stamp) so that I'll get time to figure out things here in the US (sell my stuff, handle my bank accts etc). What does it mean when I-485 was filed with MSC from the beginning

I have an approved I-140 and am now moving cities with the same employer (PwC). I was under the assumption that only a new PERM needs to be filed. Do we also need another I-140? PwC makes us pay $3500 for I-140 premium processing does this mean that fees needs to be repaid?

Can I get H1B visa stamp annotated with (future employer) while I serve my (current) employer’s notice period?
I have a job offer from Meta and awaiting my H1B transfer approval notice. I have never received an H1B visa stamp before. I want to work from India (& get H1 stamped with Meta based on offer letter+approval notice) during my notice period, followed by 2 weeks of unemployment, and start my new job at Meta once I return to the US.

Recent cases of PERM approved within 5-6 months? Submitted in early June, hope to get approval by EOY.
