Creative is almost never the deciding factor in a pitch today. Which is why agencies ought to submit media plan and fees before briefing their creatives teams. If a client isn’t going to agree to the agency’s fees or they are just looking for the best “deal” on media packages why bother burning the creative dept out at the cost of your existing client projects and everyone’s mental health.
