I had a bad experience with CTS even my interview gone well I got negative feedback. May be they have budget/notice period constraints, if that is the case why would they conducted interviews with out basic checks

I traveled to India and stayed for 2 months, dealt with significant red tape to close his cards, loans, transfer pensions, etc. A succession certificate is WIP for one of his accounts, so mom decided to stay back until it’s done. Mom has always refused to hire a maid, loves to hoard, cleans superficially, the house is always a mess when I visit and all my India trips are spent cleaning including this one. I’ve fought with her a ton over the last two months as well..

When you get stuck on a design or when you are starting a big project, what are your creative processes? Do you look at colors? inspiration? Pen and paper? Illustrate something? Want to work with my designer on a toolbox of steps to pick from to find what works best for their individual creative process? I know my creative process is look at inspiration, pen and paper, then start designing, but I don’t want to assume that’s theirs too.

I started a new job just 7 weeks ago, but an opportunity for a dream job just suddenly and unexpectedly fell into my lap!
