Don't forget that the customer is always right! Even if they show up an hour after their reservation and are livid that there's no table available for them. That's MY fault, not theirs!!!!
This doesn’t sound that realistic. I agree with the smile. However, in my experience the customer is not always right and a lot of times you do need to say no. Lol!
