Well, anyone apply to TikTok need to embrace yourself. Their interview hiring manager is a total trash.
1. Super irrespecutful, they seems to be not so interested in the candidate on the other side of the screen;
2. Chinese hiring manager assume you speaks Chinese perfectly and starts the conversation without asking; and that position is located in the States (why don't you just hire in China)?
3. Always ghosting candidates without any reason, probably just to fulfill their KPI.

I turned down an industry offer a year ago and chose consulting. With this lay-off uncertainty at Deloitte, I want to reconsider that industry position. How should I reach back to the SM?
