About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.

I have 2 offers from siemens and tcs .Siemens pays 2 L bonus as extra but ctc part both are same.Which one to prefer as the Location for siemens in blore and tcs can be chennai.Im currently at chennai.
If i accept offer from tcs and not joined there then i can get into tcs in future because of rehire policies .I still have 40 more days to LWD.
I am thinking to reject tcs and wait for some other better offer pay or last choice to join in siemens .Please share your view Im consufed here

It’s probably best to stay put imo and be thankful for a job in the analytics space since the job market for such roles is grossly oversaturated right now with tons of qualified candidates and it’s a slow job market overall due to the economy and a likely recession. It’s fine to take a look around but just don’t leave your current role until one is absolutely secured. Even then, with the landscape as it is an offer could be rescinded quickly as well.
Yet I feel like if it's not now it just might become too late. In the two years I've left data science there have been too many advances, seems impossible to keep abreast unless the job demands it.
I feel like I know what firm your are from unless being SQL Monkeys is quite common .
Take a guess, will avoid that firm if nothing else
