I’d sue the parents. Impersonating someone is not freedom of speech

like

For reference since you claim the school couldn’t do anything

“In 2021, the Supreme Court ruled that public school administrators can punish student speech that occurs outside the school or online if it disrupts classroom study. That case involved a cheerleader who created an expletive-laden social media post but didn’t target any one person or name her school.”

And I’m the exact opposite of “kids will be kids.” I hold kids accountable and they don’t get free passes. Moreso than about 90% of my school, anyways. I however, don’t feel the need to sue a parent when a kid does something stupid.

funny

I would definitely be calling a lawyer.

Curious what other junior associates at PR agencies are making off the bat? I earned my master’s degree last year and accepted a JA role for $36K. Recently, my salary was adjusted to $40K due to having been on the lower end of the pay spectrum for my role. Wondering if my new salary is more aligned with others at my level.
