My CEO is on a vacation and my manager keeps hiring and firing people every two weeks for no just reason. whenever we have management meetings and our CEO joins us via zoom, he will always ask why he keeps seeing new faces every time, the manager will lie that they are same people. How do I tell my CEO what is really going on?

I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big. I don’t know where this “glow” is but I look in the mirror and literally am grappling with not recognizing myself :( it’s been impossible to find any clothes too.
