What are salaries in NYC for integrated producers?

I’m thinking of taking the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) exam. Does this certification make a difference in salary? I am currently a payroll specialist. I want to take my career next level payroll manager to be precise? Any suggestions?

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? Any insight into the Product Development Specialist role at Facebook? My goal is product management and I am currently a strategy consultant with 3 YOE (not technical), but this seems like a possible path toward that goal. The initial total comp brought up was only $110K (base, bonus, stock), which is barely more than I am making now, though they said there was room to negotiate on the stock portion.

They are giving 15 percent variable as well.

I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. I was told the next step was Junior Manager but they rarely started anyone at that level. I'm shocked. Is that accurate or are they trying to lower my expectations? Currently working on a three person team in a larger GC group. I lateraled from a different group that did not pay attorneys on an attorney scale. I’m stuck in my old pay scale but have gotten promotions and raises quickly with more on the horizon. A recruiter reached out with a new role for 2-2.5x more than I currently make doing something similar. I love my company and the people I work with but the money isn’t there.
