I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

30 minutes into a two-hour review, I rescheduled it because I said I had a migraine, but it was really because I had the Kars-4-Kids song stuck in my head.

My boss started harassing me because he found out I am vaccinated against covid. What does a vaccine have anything to do with marketing?

What are tips/recommendations for a FET (frozen embryo transfer)? Any tests that you recommend should be performed? Any “home remedies” that should be applied? Some do/don’ts?

What is the trick to developing a new habit? I had to change up my nighttime routine back in may and I still hate it/have to force myself to do all the steps so I don't deal with the negative results for a week.

Needless to say, that makes me feel like crap about trying to get back to daily workouts.

Pandemic induced pressure & burnout. Is every agency bad at present? Desperate to move on before it kills me but worried it’s not diff anywhere else. Hearing people are off sick in lots of agencies.

Been living in a luxury building for about a year and start noticing that I have a mild cough when I’m in the building. Thought it’s just something residual after my cold but then I went for a week out of town and it disappeared completely only to start again when I got back and stepped into my building. Had a really bad day 😞 I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. Things will be going well and then out of nowhere I get blackout drunk. I am tired of feeling sick and anxious from drinking. I don’t really even want to drink sometimes but do it anyway. Blacked out last night, and still feel sick now.
