Signing off of skype when I have shit to do
I love Microsoft onenote - keeps all my notes for everything (client, internal, etc) in one place and at my fingertips by being open all the time
^ make sure your contract allows for recordings of client meetings or you get everyone in the room to agree to it. Some states you only need two people to agree but most you need everyone's consent to record
What K1 said, it's actually illegal and most people are not comfortable so be careful! I love one note; I also create task in my outlook to remind me to do the important things.
^retweet on S1. OneNote is the best. I try to record audio from key meetings so I have something to reference back to if I miss something in my notes
It's generally internal meetings that I record but good to know. Thanks, K1 and A1
I thought most states you only needed permission from one person (I.e., you), reason laws against spying
@BA no way. There are very few states that allow it to be permissible between 2 people never 1 always at least one other person but I would say the majority of the states need it to be everyone
