What are some recommended technologies to create a user input form with validation rules? It's fairly complex: 100+ rows and 10+ columns in Excel right. Ideally, this information should easily integrate with a SQL database. Maybe Power Automate or SharePoint would be possible (I obviously wouldn't want this to be too clunky).

7 year lawyer here. Been with the same big national firm all 7 years (not BigLaw) doing complex litigation. Been working remote a long time due to moving around for wife’s job.
