Hi all, I have over all 15 years exp from build and release background.. out of which last 3 years as Project Manager .
I took a break last month .. now I got a offer from Citibank as PMO / C11 band.
Is it advisable to switch from project manager to a PMO role ??? Will this experience help me if I want to switch to Program manager role outside ?? Please advise .. any info on work life balance in Citi and annual hike , bonus will be helpful

I currently work on Tableau,sql,excel as a BI developer but wanted to switch to core data science/Data scientist, I have good knowledge & skills for that as well but only academic level projects. Will companies accept me for data science roles without any prior industrial experience in it, with a hike from my current CTC?

Deloitte s&a - which offering has higher overall comp, base, bonus - strategy or analytics and cognitive a&c? Have both options available … to come in at SC level. I’m not so technical but analytics aligned, so I would think the ai and data strategy roles within strategy. Or anything a&c and just know I’m less technical.
