I’m a SE, and been doing it professionally for around 3 years, no college education or anything, im only 21 and I accepted an offer at a company on november 2021, the offer was for a salary of 116,000 plus a 10-15% yearly bonus. Recruiter reached out regarding Job B at 130K with greater advancement potential but it starts out at 6 Months Contract to Hire per the agency contract. No bonus, benefits adequate by comparison. There is no guarantee to go full time.

Need advice. Leadership originally referred to us as Specialists. For the past month or so, they've been telling us we're Project Managers in absolutely no uncertain terms.
