So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

In all seriousness though, the people at EY are why I have been here for almost 10 years. Outside of that, the parental leave is awesome. I also enjoy the $1,000 a year for health and fitness related expenses. I actually have enjoyed the unlimited PTO. I have a book of business, projects, and deadlines. As long as I meet those commitments, I feel like I can take time off whenever I need. After the large salary increases last year, I actually feel like I am compensated fairly (maybe even above market).
There are some bad apples the overwhelming majority of EY people are amazing
OP maybe a little more context and we can actually help.
Health insurance is fine. If you have a spouse or dependent, it will get expensive quicky because you are charged per person. There is no "family" plan.
