Has anyone had a Manager that does not work well with your ADHD? Im going through this right now and the way they communicate doesn’t match what I need. If I ask questions, they huff and puff. But then get upset if something is done and it doesn’t meet their exact expectations. Can anyone from McKinsey or with previous experience at Mckinsey give any explanation as to why there are so many scandals compared to BCG? My friend has offers at both firms and is concerned about culture with taking McKinsey, in large part due to consistent scandals. We're not really sure as to the reasons why it's so consistent with McKinsey.
