Larsen & Toubro Infotech I have given the L1 on 7th May and that was cleared and L2 given on 14th May.
Got the mail from recruiter that cleared 2nd round and will get update soon for further process.
So in how many days I can expect for HR round and further process ?
Or they can ghost me ? Can it happen in Larsen & Toubro Infotech that after clearing both rounds they won't go forward for further process ?
Thanks
I was in the final stages of an interview with Microsoft two weeks ago, in partner marketing. Then the recruiter told me they were putting the hiring process on hold to assess the need for the role. Well, then we heard about Microsoft layoffs last week. Seems like most were in Xbox and Project Alpha but there’s not a lot of information out there. Should I hold out any hope that I’m going to get this job? Any insights on how much these layoffs have impacted the marketing org and/or new hiring?

I’ve put myself up for L4 promo this cycle. Assuming I get it, what would be the best next steps to optimize for long-term growth/TC?
My understanding is that L5->L6 is extremely painful at Google. It may be easier to leave for a handful of years and gain managerial experience before returning.
L4->L5 is less challenging; however, I’m under the impression I can do this quicker at another company (if I leave after being freshly promo’d) AND get higher TC.

My judge (DJ) lets me use an opinion I drafted but he makes me convert it to a "bench memo" to maintain the ~ illusion ~ that judges write all of their opinions
My judge had me include a cover letter from him that said essentially "law clerk contributed significantly to the drafting of this opinion with minimal if any edits" and that they could call chambers if they had questions. The order is ultimately signed by the judge by it was his way of signaling that this particular order was effectively written by law clerk.
I’m a State appellate court clerk, I used a redacted draft of an opinion prior to my judge making edits. Obviously proofread it again and pick work product that is similar to what you are going to be practicing. My sample was a commercial contract dispute involving 4 parties.
Are you a district or circuit clerk? For DJ clerks, use an order.
