Prob crash alongside a major recession that will last a decent amount of time. Startups and institutional investors will come in with fresh capital, start purchasing at discount and then prob will hit new highs (5-10 year time horizon). Open to change perception, this is how I see it playing out at this current time

Most homes are owned by people with white collar jobs. White collar jobs are paying record wages all across the board
It’s already cooling down at a rapid rate, there’s a great Seeking Alpha article that outlines that higher rates + low supply = slowdown. It can’t just crash overnight but rate raises over a short period of time will take lots of buyers out of the market
