What do you do when you’re moving firms but you want to be able to use the agreements you’ve drafted/help to draft as forms moving forward? If you delete IDing/confidential info before you leave, can you send yourself copies of the agreements? Do people do this or is this a “no-no”? Would hate to lose the language I’ve spent hours on but if it’s fuzzy I’ll say my goodbyes 💔

Big no no

It's a pretty big no. Maybe if you speak with the partner the two of you could find a way for you to keep some of your work for your future use, but that obviously depends on the firm and the people involved.

No. Pls don’t. You have the talent to do it again. Don’t worry.

Has anyone been through a situation that you were in a terrible relationship ( stress, anger, fights, swears, physical abuse, ego clashes) and how did you resolve it? Some might have worked on and stayed in the relationship and some might have broken up. I am looking for answers from both sides. How did you stay/work on it and how did you break up and move on? Me and my partner have strong feelings for eachother and are almost inseparable despite going through so much.

Hey guys ,
I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation, what should i do?
