What are the most lucrative industries to move into from Tech? Is the transition easy?

Joined big tech recently (as a PM) after working at a startup/mid sized tech company. Can someone explain the role of a PgM in context of big tech? I’ve never worked with a PgM before and struggling to understand their responsibilities vs a PM

Can someone give me some advice on how to get into project management at tech company auditing. As an auditor my strengths are more management and organization inclined than technical accounting tbh I’m more of the person who would be a managing partner and not a technical partner so I feel like I have the qualities just want to know what certs etc to take.

Has anyone made a switch from Oracle HCM to workday at a senior level? Looking to move to industry at senior Director level (20+ years of experience in HR Tech/Oracle HCM/EBS) but majority jobs are in Workday and require workday experience even at very senior levels.

Currently a CSM for a tech start up (REALLY EARLY STAGES) and have been there for almost 2 years. I do everything from CSM, HR, right hand to CFO and UX design for the app that we are building yet my title is CSM. I am looking for a better paying CSM job (70k+) or entry level UX design job. What can I do outside the office to boost my resume and be a substantially more attractive candidate for top consulting firms in ~12 months time. Working in disputes and valuation role but want to go into management consulting next year (post MBA role). I feel like my job isn’t enough because skills aren’t considered as transferable outside this field.
