Any walk-in interviews in Pune? Please Help
Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

What’s driving you to go to industry? I’d think hard on that and then use AI to summarize it down to a quick sounds bite that you can lead with in interviews. Of course you can come up with “stock” answers instead, but then you may come across as inauthentic or inconsistent with your other actions.
My response has been to acknowledge how much I’ve learned and grew within the Big 4, but that I’m at a crossroads in my career and industry looks like the right decision. I’d be able to add a lot of value focusing on one company instead of multiple, I’m interested in broadening past my role that I’ve had at the B4 which industry allows me to do overtime, and I can see projects start to finish and be part of the management decision making more than I am now.
Don’t say anything negative about where you are now. Don’t say you want to slow down. Otherwise, just be yourself.
I hit my limit is what I said. Anyone with a public background gets that.
I’m usually just honest. I say that as an auditor, you are typically viewed as the “bad guy” and I’m looking for a change where I feel like the work I’m doing actually matters and has value, and where I’m not viewed as the “bad guy”
I told them I was burned out and couldn’t handle busy season anymore. I would like to have work life balance. Most of interviewers were from big 4 so they understood my decision and I think it might be one of the reasons they left big 4 too.
