I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Job offer

They mention specific next steps and saying they enjoyed the interview and trying to sell you the role when you ask questions . Short annoyed answers to your questions at the end of the interview and vague - HR will contact you - are signs of failure
Your feeling after the interview
The PPMD starts cussing and laughing with you.

It feels like a conversation
If the interviewer gives you an open-mouth kiss afterwards.
They tell you you did a great job, they enjoyed the conversation, or similar. They're happy to chat about work-tangential topics instead of sticking to the script.
They set up a follow-up swiftly, if it was the first interview.
If it's later stage in the process, they will drop clear hints that they'll be preparing an offer.
If they're unsure, they'll be more noncommittal.
A good interviewer will tell you
When they start talking about how you’re a going to fit right in with the group
Dunno if it was just throwaway remarks but I’ve had them end with “see you later” or “talk to you later” and got the offer. Also you can feel whether you were able to handle each part of the interview and flow through the parts smoothly
The interview will be a mere formality.
