I recommend La Roche-Posay. The formula is amazing and lightweight. My fave so far.
Supergoop! I didn't break out with this one. And it’s a great option for wearing as a primer under makeup because it doesn’t leave pesky white streaks behind.
My go-to is the Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen. It's oil-free and lightweight, which is great for my skin. I have acne-prone skin, and this sunscreen never causes any breakouts or clogs my pores. I also love that it's invisible and doesn't leave any white cast. I highly recommend giving it a try!
I swear by the Murad Invisiblur Perfecting Shield. It's a primer and SPF in one, which is perfect for me because I wouldn't say I like having multiple products on my face. It's gentle and doesn't cause any breakouts, and it also helps blur out any imperfections, giving me a flawless finish.
I use the EltaMD UV Clear for my face, and it's amazing. It's great for acne-prone skin, and it never causes breakouts. It's lightweight and non-greasy, and it also has niacinamide which is excellent for brightening and soothing the skin.
I like this lightweight and fragrance free one from Paula’s Choice: RESIST Youth-Extending Daily Hydrating Fluid SPF 50.
My go to spf is innisfree at Sephora. It’s very moisturizing and leaves you glowing. It’s spf 36 and cheaper than all the others. It’s a clean product and I absolutely love it.
I also agree with double cleansing day and night. AND to exfoliate. Sometimes that is the cause of acne breakouts from my experience. Since I’ve started double cleansing and exfoliating my skin has never been better. Try out dermalogica (their oil cleanser, cleanser, and exfoliant) that will help with breakouts.
Youth to the people kale and green tea cleanser is another great cleanser to invest in.
I love the Trader Joe’s SPF the one in the light orange bottle. It’s a supergoop dupe!
Elta MD UV Broad Spectrum SPF sunscreen! Good for all skin types.
Hello! For context what are those that you've already tried? Thanks.
I’ve tried CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30, Neutrogena Clear Face Liquid Sunscreen for Acne-Prone Skin - SPF 30…blanking on the 3rd one.
Do you double cleanse? If you’re seeing blemishes and clogged pores after using your sunscreen, remember to use a makeup remover to cleanse off sunscreen at the end of the day, even if you’re not wearing any makeup.
Just use an oil or balm cleanser, then a water based or cream based cleanser afterwards. The oil/balm removes sunscreen and makeup, so no need to use a makeup remover. Double cleansing is the best thing I've done for my skin!
I think it would be best for you to observe and study your skin first. It would be difficult for you to try several products and waste money on them. Take the extra mile and study your skin type.
It's a matter of trial and error for me. I'm still looking for one that will not cause breakouts. Hoping to get some tips here, any advice for drier skin type?
For you know your skin type? Oily, dry, or combination?
My go to SPF is Vichy Spf 35.
I hate how much I love Supergoop! It’s pricey but so worth it and now I actually wear sunscreen daily.
Korean and Japanese ones. Biore, dr Jart
I use Shaklee Youth for my SPF and it doesn’t cause breakouts at all. https://us.shaklee.com/Personal-Care/c/400?sponsorId=WUkWRrPb1AII3xQ3e1NImA%3D%3D&pwsName=healthyangels
