How do I ask for a role change? I currently work as a designer for a company and when I have down time I work on social media for the company. Social media doesn’t seem to be a huge focus at the moment but there is a lot of potential in the industry. How do I go about asking to run social media full time instead?

I've been struck with the feeling my company, a small Fintech, prioritize the +8y/o experienced professionals rather than the hard working ones. Nothing new here, the ambient seems ok on the surface but everyone tries to steal your job and important tasks.

Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Background: MS in Statistics from tier-1 Institute, 3 YoE across Bank of America and UBS, based in India.

Is it possible without a) going for an MBA b) Starting from the bottom at Undergrad analyst level.

Nine months on the job, 2019 graduate, feeling very ill-equip and self-conscious about making mistakes. My review went well, just had one partner who is generally difficult to get a hold of and who doesn’t actually respond say I need to ask more questions.
