How is the culture at quantumblack?
I’ve put myself up for L4 promo this cycle. Assuming I get it, what would be the best next steps to optimize for long-term growth/TC?
My understanding is that L5->L6 is extremely painful at Google. It may be easier to leave for a handful of years and gain managerial experience before returning.
L4->L5 is less challenging; however, I’m under the impression I can do this quicker at another company (if I leave after being freshly promo’d) AND get higher TC.

0%-2% for non promo year
@PWC1, the upside is our base salary is mostly higher than the Big Four, meaning our take-home pay at the end of the year comes out higher usually - my all-in take-home pay at the end of my first year as an analyst was 5 figures more than what most of my friends working at the big four earned
Metrocard
$600 after only being at the firm a few months in FY17. After taxes only came out to like $280 or something lower 😅
I heard they baselined everybody in CDP. Everyone got like 3k or something.... they change CDP every year but in general I would expect about 4% of your salary.
3k bonus for me the first year, living in Chicago, plus 10k recruitment and 4k moving bonus. Made 89k the first year.
It will be less than the cost of a flight to Costa Rica

Bonuses aren’t going to be much more than a rounding error at entry level anywhere. Don’t make budget decisions on receiving one other than perhaps a signing bonus.
Based on threads on here, low
Those are some very disgusting bonus numbers.
Standard bonus for cdp is 2%. I think you'll get higher if you are ranked the highest during performance reviews. I never received anything higher than 2%
Analyst to SA I got ~5k, but that was 2 years ago
Between $2k-8k I believe. Only heard of 1 person with $8k this year (A>SA) so make of that what you will......
Digital analyst was like 6% this year, but much lower raises than CDP. Think 8% compared to 10+%
Serious answer: don't count on anything significant to budget/pay bills/etc. Pretax you're talking between $0-3K for the vast majority.
