Hello fishes, YEO total 7(5 in SAP FICO+2 in Accounting) Currently consultant in Deloitte USI fix CTC 16.8 Got offer from PWC AC Bangalore fix CTC 24 for SA 2.
Q1- is it worth to switch from Deloitte USI to PWC AC Bangalore. Anyone who switched from USI to Pwc for SAP FICO please answer?

Former Director there top base pay starts at 205 and tops out at 242k.
Bonus is a target but know differentiating is ~10% and SI is 5%. Chance of landing a big bonus is not good in down years.
The 10% and 5% are in reference to the amount of people getting the bonus, not the bonus number.
I was SI twice as a director and got ~40% both times. Both years cleared $300k

Tho to be fair director is actually the title for a manager
Tbf “director” at EYP is essentially manager level
In reg EY consulting, director is two levels about manager (usually non-equity partner track from what I’ve seen)

MBA hires tend to get there quicker than homegrown, since they come into the firm at around 175k base (might go without saying)
D1 and others familiar with EYP, what’s the average range for senior director at EYP? I’m in the process of moving over there.
EYP SD1 base starts at 250 and can get into the mid/upper 300s with tenure.
PP distribution starts at ~ 650k but they have a significant backlog of SDs at this time.
