Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?
Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

You done peeled the onion too far
I assume this happens and applies to all other large firms
Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, a Delaware limited liability partnership ("EY U.S."), provides infrastructure and support services, including the services of CPA and non-CPA personnel, to Ernst & Young LLP, another Delaware limited liability partnership ("EY LLP") that conducts a professional services business in the United States as part of the global Ernst & Young organization. EY U.S. does not provide services for any entity other than EY LLP and its affiliates. Both EY U.S. and EY LLP are member firms of Ernst & Young Global Limited (“EY Global”), a UK private company limited by guarantee that coordinates the global Ernst & Young organization. EY Global member firms and their respective subsidiaries and associated firms provide clients with recommendations based on financial, transactional, and risk-management knowledge in Ernst & Young's core services of Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Transaction Advisory Services.
There's a global EY structure. All local partnerships "rent" resources from global. Thats the high level understanding that I have. I'm sure this is a lot deeper.
It probably applies to more or less extent with all global partnership firms, yes.
Thanks EY 3. So simple
