Nothing at all really, just sounds cool. Everyone in the bank is a VP or SVP. The only ones that are special are the Executive, Head, or Managing Director titles depending on the bank

Everyone is a Officer, AVP, it VP, or SVP in banking at large banks in the USA.
The legal definition is that you can sign for the bank, ie you can sign documents on behalf of the bank entity and they are legally binding (in most cases)

I think I’m missing something lti is simply long term incentives right but six years ago I got stock and cash bonuses as a cashier. I still get them many promotions later (cash and stock).
