What does it mean when a recruiter rejects you for a role by telling you that the hiring team thinks you have potential and would like to revisit you in 12-18 months?

How can we get.job description like for which role or project we are hired.And what does client office means, do.we need to work from customer home or another company if yes which company?

I have recently received an offer from HSBC for Data Engineer profile. The designation offered is Senior Analyst- Information Management. They said that it is a techno functional role. Does anyone have an idea about what techno functional role actually is in HSBC? Is it more like a Business Analyst? My prior experience is completely in Technical side. Will this role be suitable for me?
