What does LCR stand for? And what does it mean? I was told that the PMO will verify the LCR’s and will get back to me.

No, LCR in the above context is different. You're probably referring to something else.

We (Accenture) use that term to mean the hourly cost of a resource to the project team.

like

Generally an Accenture term but it stands for “Loaded cost rate”.

A1 is right. Basically what you cost to the company. Not just salary though includes benefits and other costs that are tied to your employment.

like

LCR = Loaded Cost Rate. It is the combination of your salary, medical benefits, and training budgets. We add an additional percentage on top and that’s how ACN makes its scratch.

like

Agree with above. LCR is what you cost to Accenture. Billable rate is what we charge the client. The difference in the two gets us to a revenue margin. Target margins therefore dictate if a person’s LCR is “too high” for them to be staffed.

A CRO offerred me an internal consulting/biz dev role. They offered 145k TC (20% bump) and slightly better benefits. They also offered accelerated path (6mo to 1yr) to MC. While promotion to MC at my current company is at least 1 year away. The job is interesting to me and fits my careery goal. But my big concern is that I've only been with my current company for a year (this is my first job, post PhD). Would this affect my resume in the future in terms of being viewed as "job hopping"?

HNY all! I have multiple rollover and traditional IRAs, as well as a solo 401k. But (since I started paying attention to this kind of thing) have always been over the income limit to start a Roth IRA. I’ve also not done much contributing in the last few years due to purchasing an apartment and saving for renovations. Cue pandemic joblessness... if married filing separately, would you say it’s a good idea to start a Roth while under the income limit, even in this climate? Any reason not to?
