I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Hi fishies. I have a ton of interviews coming up soon including a case interview at EY within their Innovation and Experience Design practice for Digital Strategy Manager. I am super comfortable with CX, design thinking, etc which are the types of projects I would be working on BUT I am absolutely terrible in case interviews. I was hoping it would be based on CX or design but my understanding is there is some revenue component idk. Anyone have any insight? I would greatly greatly appreciate it!

The people being micromanaged do not make a move without prior approval and team efficiency tanks.
I agree with E1, I was micro managed at my previous job and finding it difficult at times because I’m waiting on instructions. It’s like “oh yeah, I will be told what to do”.
This attitude of mine is wrong and I’m slowly learning to get out of it. Being micro managed is the worst
How to build trust--> proactively come to me with an outline/plan for your work and when I ask questions about how you'll handle some risk elements, provide a thoughtful response. The goal is not to pick you apart in the questioning--it's for us to jointly solve things that may impact your ability to finish and our team's effort to be successful.
If there is no plan, then I'll let you know I need one and ask what date is reasonable. If on that date, the plan is half-assed or worse, not ready and/or your attitude communicates that you fail to see why explaining your approach to me in advance is needed, then you are going to get my plan and you are going to get daily check-ins and you are going to do things on my schedule.
