What does your NEW operations look like due to COVID-19? How many early childhood Ed providers remain in operation and who is closing their doors?

I’m excited to marry my SO in a few months but I have severe stage fright and do not like being the center of attention. Any advice on how to reduce the anxiety and just enjoy the day?

Anyone noticed that with aerobic / cardio exercises it gets more difficult to focus? It is like my mind a TV and someone else gets the remote and goes through every channel every 30 seconds or so

I know everyone will have different answers for this but how did you know it was time to get sober? I think it might be time for me to find a new job and pursue sobriety, but I don't feel like I'm a rock bottom which is the only time I've ever seen people really commit to it (my father). Apathy isn't the right word but I just kind of feel numb about everything and I think being sober would maybe help.

Salam. 23M here - all my life I’ve had my back on our faith - never really prayed but had imaan (I guess). After bouts of depression from girl problems (🙄), issues within immediate family, being disappointed expectations I had for myself, etc. I’ve been working on bettering my situation over the years. Gave my 2-week notice and Partner has asked me stay an extra 3 days to wrap up a project that I know will be a very long 3 days... I don’t really want to do it but also am afraid of burning bridge. Has anyone had a Manager that does not work well with your ADHD? Im going through this right now and the way they communicate doesn’t match what I need. If I ask questions, they huff and puff. So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

2020 grad M&A/PE Associate in LCOL area thinking about moving to a ECVC/M&A boutique. I generally like the work I do and the people I work with, but I really don’t like the hours and the constant late nights and weekends. Currently on pace for 2250. Boutique I have been eyeing has billable hour requirement of 1500-1600 and comes with a 20-25% paycut. Is this a stupid idea and should I grind it out until I can move in house?
