I’m convinced that every person on earth should see a really good therapist to talk about where these ideas, fears, and worries come from. I believe childhood upbringing has a subtle (sometimes overt) impact on our thoughts and behavior for decades after we leave our parents’ care. It’s okay to be vulnerable around supportive people.
Find a good therapist. Before that, do things that take care of yourself. Exercise, sleep early, eat well. Hang in there!

Stay strong, take things easy and try to find something that helps you relax or distract from everything. I’m going through some shit also, it’s not easy. It’s not easy... but is not impossible to beat.
