Definitely check out Penn State's Architectural Engineering program - Penn Staters are heavily sought after in the DMV area. Penn State AE lets you specialize in mechanical, electrical/lighting, plumbing, and/or construction management. Professors are very knowledgeable and truly care about student success.
What direction are you looking to take your career?
There’s a lot that goes into construction project management. I’d learn basic project management and trade coordination, an understanding of estimating/take offs as well as how to qualify change orders (what’s on contract drawings and what was added in submittals/rfis/misc dwg changes), and CPM scheduling.
For sustainability, there are a lot of LEED courses available.
For law and project management - contract development and understanding is a good start.
Hope that helps!
