Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.
I’ve put myself up for L4 promo this cycle. Assuming I get it, what would be the best next steps to optimize for long-term growth/TC?
My understanding is that L5->L6 is extremely painful at Google. It may be easier to leave for a handful of years and gain managerial experience before returning.
L4->L5 is less challenging; however, I’m under the impression I can do this quicker at another company (if I leave after being freshly promo’d) AND get higher TC.

Strategy and Ops role are essentially data people
What are the typical day to day activities and how does it look compensation wise?
In my org (ads strat & ops) there are program managers who sit within the strat and ops team responsible for running ads sales programs. While they work to manage specific programs of sales teams (i.e. manage segments of accounts), there are other strat ops people who work across programs who are not tied to running a particular sales program but rather work on larger strategy and ops pieces that impact more than an individual program. Hope that helps! Some of the program managers do more data work than the other strat ops groups, others do less. It depends on the program manager role and the other strat ops role.
Very helpful thanks!
