Have my closing interview with Accenture next week. So far the Director and MD I have met with have both liked me and the recruiter has said that they have both given me a thumbs up and that the upcoming closing interview with the MD is just a conversation. From my research I’ve also read that it’s just a sanity check to make sure I’m not a nutcase. Of course anything can happen, but I’m expecting an offer. (Cont)

I hate this question. Hard to answer truthfully for me due to some specific circumstances. I’d think honestly about what you want your life to look like in 5-10 years and then develop an answer that fits what this company would want from its ideal candidate. If this is the right role for you, ideally your vision and what the company wants to hear will be similar. If they aren’t, think again if you really want this job/path. Good luck.
Last time I heard that question asked the interviewee just laughed and asked if the interviewer had any serious questions. I personally found that hilarious.

This is easy. If you are interviewing for a firm, provide an answer that fits where you would be if you took the job. “I would like to be a fantastic securities litigator at a firm like this one that [insert something that shows you know a thing or two about the firm].
