We pay the same in all consulting cohorts. Are you doing something internal? Then it’s completely based on your level and dept
Is it unreasonable to ask for $135K?
are you being hired in as an associate/consultant/project leader, or for a BST role?
if the first you’re going to have a very hard (if not impossible) time negotiating your salary because as B1 said, each cohort within the consulting track is paid the same in lockstep
if you’re being hired for a role in our business support team (i.e. non-consulting track) i have no idea how much flexibility you’d have as those roles are much more case-by-case basis
Generalist track. I believe consultant level.
No negotiation on base although you maybe can get some relocation
What they're not telling you is that a first year C is 165, so 135 is too low. However that will never come up because you won't have the chance to try to dictate salary.
It won’t matter we don’t lowball people. OP will get the standard C salary
