I have the feeling burnout is more related to our lives outside work. Like, on work weeks I know I'll got out to hang out with my friends I'm MUCH less stressed than weekends I'll stay alone at home. My stress level is defined by the next weekend.

How does it logistically work to sell your primary residence and try to buy a new one? As in, how do I deal with my mortgage and getting a new mortgage financed? Do I have to sell the old home and then buy new home? I would worry about buying the new house while not yet having unloaded the old house (plus unsure how the bank would give me the new mortgage). We have excellent credit but still a ways to go to payoff current home. Advice on how it works is appreciated!
